I thought of designing this Umbrella Stand Divider while trying to think of an attractive and convenient place to store my compact umbrella until it dried. There is enough space for putting a sopping wet purse or bag should that become necessary as well. I really appreciated having this during the last summer and fall season. It fit very nicely into my apartment’s small entry space.

The divider measures 7.5” (191 mm) in diameter and fits inside a 9” (228.6 mm) round trash can, converting it to a drip collector. The divider in the photograph was printed with PLA filament and coated with varnish. The trash can is an InterDesign Nogu Waste Can, purchased from Walmart.
